I like this communities energy, towards something this simple. My logic for putting forth a simple analogy, I guess. was to relate it towards a similar situation.

In regards to bullying:

Someone who tries their best, puts out their best in their work. Be it fan art or translation (Not for profit)
In other eyes it may not be the greatest. There can be such a backlash, that borders death threats.

And because lets say the website with all the data is erased and sadly there is no record, some people treat it as though it never occurred.
