I usually read novels where the protagonists have their own army and have to manage a territory, there is a lot of politics and strategies. Some of the novels I have read are Tales of the Reincarnated Lord How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom The Grandmaster Strategist The Human Emperor I have chanced upon this novel because of its army-building and domestic-affairs tags but wasn't really interested after reading the first ten chapters. So please tell me if its worth reading?
I heard some good things about it, I was actually planning to read it in a few days when I finish another novel.
If you can stomach the glorification of "chinese historical figures" you shoud read it, I think it is a good read.
Its good dont ever think of the mc as op since hes not really unique in the reincarnation aspect and all his cheats are related to survivability. He is more of an assistant which gets pushed out and he trys to gain more cards to advance and survive.
I don't know about that stealing the heavens but for army bulding, territorial management, and politics, you could try - Wortenia Senki - Altina princess - Road to kingdom - Summoned slaughterer - legendary moonlight sculptor - Falling in love with the villainess(in the latter part)
You should read the LN version of realist hero if you haven't cuz it's different from WN and is ahead of the current translation
Personally I think its interesting however I just don't like the author's writing style he likes to much self mutilation
I think its a great novel, but almost every chinese figure have an incredible plot armor... If you can live with it, then I recommend it...
