Either genetic mutation by the virtue of a designer baby, gene splicing with supernatural being (This would fit the theme of bishamonten though I am wondering if supernatural existence like that exist here)? This took WAAAAAYYYY longer than I thought it would, mainly because after making the character I felt the need to re-do her entirely :T But all that matters now is that I'm done ~ Spoiler: Character 1. Name: Hurairah Rieka 2. Race: Beast-kin Hybrid (Cat-kin | Dog-kin) 3. Age: 21 4. Gender: Female 5. Short Background: Hurairah Rieka, often called Riarah, is a person born of the cultural melting pot that is Voltulin Metropolis. Having lived in the Lower city for all her life the Beast-kin, her skills honed from caring for her litter of smaller siblings(a total of 7 including herself), transitioned into the service sector in hopes of being hired by the city’s more noble personages. Her well-rounded domestic skills and above average physical abilities led her to become a specialized type of butler-cum-bodyguard dubbed a combat maid. Upon entering the working world she’s only taken temporary contracts as she continues in search of ‘the one who fulfills her calling as a maid’. Having decided the Prometheus agency was likely the best was to acquire job interviews she signed herself up. Though a combat maid she wouldn’t match up to a soldier or other combat-oriented jobs and hence strives to avoid direct combat whenever possible. Her area of expertise remains the field of service, and she’s learned rudimentary first aid to enhance her prospect. 6. Profession: Combat Maid 7. Class: Services lv.1 8. Appearance: Standing at 5”4’ with skin the color of espresso- season lightly with cinnamon- and a rather average build Rairah isn’t quite the definition of ‘a looker’. Her face is unmistakably feminine, as feline eyes, a dainty nose, and puffy, pinchable cheeks, accompanied by a single-fanged, toothy grin partially concealed with glossy lips and a noticeable lack of human ears, gives her a middle ground between delicately plain, and gracefully mischievous. Her hair, which is faded from Red-fox to Ombre pink, is twisted into a rope-like braid which hangs over her left shoulder and cuts off at her waist, while flipped over her right eye is a thin curtain of bangs. A set of animalistic features betray her lineage, most noticeably the pair of feline-like ears, with fur tuffs that are a deeper crimson, and her sleek semi-feline tail which once again fades into an Ombre pink flourish reminiscent of a wolf’s. Her slit-like eyes are heterochromatic, the color of blood ruby on the left, and imperial garnet on the right. Unpolished, retractable nails adorn her fingers. They are meticulously taken care of and are last resort weapons. Outfit: Committed to her profession and heritage, Rairah wears what is in essence, a glorified maid dress. The dress leans towards the French style, ending in Rairah’s knees where an achromatic pair of stockings covers the rest of her feet, with the left side being bleached white and the right side being abyssal black. The dress is an inky, tarry black that would appear gothic if not for the nimbus-white fur that lines its hinges. A flared, Clair de lune grey scarf loops around her neck and multitasks as a utility belt. The maid dress is asymmetrical with the right side extending part her knee and finished at the center of her calf, and the left side is cut short enough to expose her stocking-clad kneecap. A pink ribbon and multi-pocketed belt is tied around her waist and carries whatever can’t be held by her scarf. She wears knee-high, double laced boots which are polished black with white-pink alternating laces. Her clothing is rather noticeably of an ‘older age’ but nevertheless, she wears them with pride. The more modernized weaponry on her person lies in a holster strapped to her outer left leg. More traditional knives are tucked neatly into the back off her boots, where they’re easily accessible and can be used for a wide range of miscellaneous things, such as cooking or going one on one with feral guttersnipes. They’re sharpened on a weekly basis. 9. Personality: Rairah has a multifarious personality that alternates along a slider between her canine side and her feline side. She’s usually settled somewhere in the middle but on occasions, she will flip to either extreme. When influenced by her canine side she becomes galvanized, sometimes seeming hyperactive. Her aggression levels increase and in rare instances, she may be prompted to bark are things she considers ‘threats’, however, her canine side is also her more intimate and amicable side as she’ll quickly buddy up to those who appeal to her. In comparison, her feline side is aloof, lazy, and almost calculating often emitting a noticeable air of smugness. She’s particularly sensitive about her appearance but not self-conscious about it. She comfortable with her own queer fashion but can’t stand to have her clothes dirtied or overly disheveled. When she’s at neither extreme she carries the lithe grace of a feline accentuated by the loyal, reliable aura of a canine companion. Well versed in domestic chores and servicing skills she can seem quite homely and calming. 10. Agency Point: 0

Name: Deviant Race: Skin-collector Age: 22 Gender: None (Depends on the skin worn) Short Background: Skin-collectors are creatures hostile to humans from another dimension. With their fingers or worm-like appendages, that also transmit paralyzing nerve poison, they can suck a human's body empty, leaving only the skin behind. They can then wear it like a costume, perfectly copying the look of the human the skin belonged to. This isn't a biological ability, but a supernatural one, so size and weight don't matter. Exposure to things that are considered holy or sacred damages them. Some herbal incenses can also drive them away, and they are afraid of salt. While they can easily kill a human, humans can easily slay one too, as Skin-collectors are as fragil as humans. These traits made them a target of hatred, and somtimes rumors were enough to have a person be tested with salt or holy symbols. Deviant is one of these, that was driven into a corner by its hunters until it got transferred. The utopia proved to be something like a paradise to it, and it's victims aren't even receiving much attention. Profession: Not sure about what would fit, but most likely Combat. Class: Appearance: Spoiler: True form Personality: More than other Skin-walkers, Deviant has a hobby of collecting skins from various people, and has its own small collection. The more unusual and different from the skins it already has, the better. And while Deviant is an acceptable actor, its general disregard for human lives and emotions, as well as mockery, prevent it from properly fitting into society. Agency Point: 0
You should have restrictions on your copying abilities due to the magic limitations on Earth. At least I think so. @shad12ow might have other ideas.
Okay, where do I start? Because I have lots to address on your character. Well, let's make it in points. The whole race is a hostile race to the human, as in really hostile. You even stated that yourself. That will not do as it go against the following rules: It will not be able to live normally inside the Metropolis. It will get hunted by the police. No, even by the military because of it trying to kill human. The Agency might even give mission to hunt them down and just eliminate them, permanently. I'm sure not a single skin collector will be able to get ID. Unless the ID is in their body bag. Personality is even worse. "general disregard for human lives and emotions, as well as mockery, prevent it from properly fitting into society.". Yup, he will get hunted. He won't even be able to enter the Metropolis. He will get caught by the guard at the entry point thanks to the hi-tech scanner. And, yes, the scanner of Neo Earth can detect magic too. Magic is very, very limited in Neo Earth. I imagine that the moment he entered Neo Earth, he will realized that his ability of copying another human will become almost next to nothing. Especially so since the whole ability is magic dependent. The line "it's victims aren't even receiving much attention" is not correct. Although the Metropolis have lower surveillance in the lower city, cases of missing people will still get reported. And if it even get to the point of given to the Agency, it will get investigated and dealt with. The line "These traits made them a target of hatred..." is....how do I say it? It's not their trait. It's their existence that is the problem. I mean, a race that is hostile to human being and can paralyze human and also take their skin. Even if they're not fragile, I think humanity will still try their hardest best to hunt them. Even if the Metropolis allow that kind of race in their place (which I highly, highly doubt), the Agency will know that due to its superior detection and information network. They will certainly not accept that kind of creature. And "Combat" is a class, not profession. You need to pick a proper profession and then put the class I already set in the first post. Well, that's a lot. So, yeah, rejected as of now. Due to conflicting lore and not following limitations.
This my first time trying to do serious RP so... Let's see how this goes! --- Name: Rynault Hayk Race: Half-Giant Age: 21 Gender: Male Short Background: Spoiler: Background Rynault's father was once part of a pure-blooded Giant tribe located far away from any metropolitan area. He was considered a great warrior and had a good chance of becoming a prominent figurehead of the tribe. Later, his father met a human woman who was filming a documentary on the tribe. They soon fell in love with each other and his father would often leave the tribe for long periods of time in order to be with her. Unfortunately, the tribe's chieftain had found out about their little relationship. His father was put on trial for mingling with other races and was eventually banished permanently from the tribe. Later on, his father's combat prowess helped him land a job as a professional bodyguard and ended up getting married to his mother. Rynault ended up being born in the Silver District a few years later, and as a child he showed great interest in augments and instead of playing and having fun as a child, he would often spend his free time reading books and watching hours and hours of videos about Augmentations, their theory and their practical use. When Rynault ended up going to school, he was incredibly smart and quickly became a prodigy among his fellow peers. Unlike the stereotypical giant, Rynault was a hardworking genius who skipped grades. This isn't to say he didn't gain any trait from Giants, he was born moderately stronger and taller than an average human. In school, he was known to never slack off, and it was a common occurrence to see him reprimanding fellow students who were lazy. Due to this, Rynault ended up having few friends throughout his life. Rynault ended up graduating college with a Bioengineering degree and has future plans of designing his own augment one day. Rynault knew that although he had the knowledge of making augments, he severely lacked the required credits and experience to do so. That is why he decided to become a member of Prometheus Agency, where he could build himself a reputation and earn enough money to finally make his dreams come true. Spoiler: Giant Species Backstory The Giants are a species of bipedal that were recently introduced to Neo Earth due to the phenomena called "Light Rain". When Giants were first found during this period, the group of specialists assigned to welcome the new species were very surprised to find that Giants closely resembled humans in terms of appearance, culture, body shape, etc. The only major difference found between Giants and Humans were the fact that Giants were typically 50% larger than regular Humans and were around 3x stronger than them as well. The Giants also were less technologically developed than humans, and their leaders were chosen based on their courage and strength rather than bravery. Most of the Giants living on Neo Earth today are found in small rural villages that are generally far away from any major cities. Attempts at integrating Giants into any Metropolises have been largely met with failure for the following reasons: Their huge size and stature presented a major problem when having to live in a society where everything is made to fit humans. The Giants would almost always get into a situation where they lacked the credits to purchase anything due to their increased appetite and the need for a large dwelling. They would also have many difficulties fitting into any of the provided public transportation such as taxi, buses, and trains. As Giants weren't as advanced as the Humans in Neo Earth, they had trouble effectively using modern technology. Many high paying jobs were also difficult for Giants to get since they lacked the education the modern Human would get. Even getting a job at the army wasn't feasible for the giants, as modern weaponry would easily overpower a Giant despite their superhuman strength. Most Giant cultures prevented them from mingling with any other race that were weaker than them physically and most of them would rather stick to their roots and keep their bloodlines as pure as possible. Although Giants typically had a hard time living in a Metropolitan area, it isn't impossible. There are cases where Giants end up faring far better than others and some can even be found in the Silver District of Voltulin. Another great note about Giants is that now that they have become more familiar with Humans and their society, Giant culture has become increasingly more lax when it comes to their rule about mingling with other races, and Half-Giants are now becoming more common to see.
