Frequently Asked Question (If there's something else you want to ask, feel free to ask n the Offline Board) Q :Question about changing classes. If our character has already done stories that explain how they would have gotten the class, or in their backstory, they already provided a story that would make it feasible for them to have the class (such as @VannVann getting the combat class, or myself ( @Arcturus ) getting the engineer class), do we still need to make up a story about how we got the class? A : No, you don't need to. But you will need to make a short stories about you passing a small test from the Agency in one of their training facility. Post the story in the Official Board under the title New Class Acquirement [Class Name]. Q : Question about Lore. Are we going to get a more concrete example of/set of general instructions about what the Prometheus Agency's rules are that you speak of in the rewards thread? A: The rules I mentioned in the reward section referring to the three guidelines of the Agency : (1) Don't do anything that will jeopardize the Agency's safety and well being, (2) Don't do anything that will make the Agency go against the Government , and (3) Don't do anything that will harm Voltulin. The main emphasize is on the first one. Q : How long ago did the global war finish? A : About 50 years ago. Q : How Chinese is China town? A : While the name implies the area to be filled only with Chinese, in reality, Chinatown in Voltulin is a melting pot of culture. Of course, oriental culture such as Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Vietnamese are plenty, but one can always find stuff from almost any culture there. Be it the South Eastern culture, the Middle Easter culture, or the African culture, you can find it there. Q : Does our character have to be in the room if one of our registered NPC's are used for us to control them? A : Preferably, yes. We asked you, the member, to use the NPC as least as possible and focus on your character. But if you must control the NPC, please make sure that it is in the same area of your character. Q : What rank do we have to be before we can get a mecha? If we can. A : You can't get a mecha since mecha are property of the military. There will be some mission that will allow you to pilot one. Q : How much do general augments cost? A : The cheapest one can go as low as 500 creds with the expensive one starts at 5000 creds. Q : How much does a minimal meal cost? A : It will go about 3 creds in Chinatown or any Lower City area. The fastfood in the Middle City can go as low as 10 creds. Q : How much more expensive is this minimal meal in the Diamond District? A : They can go as expensive as 50 creds. Q : Does the Lower district have multiple levels? A : No, they are on the same leve. Q : Why are characters always using the rooftops? A : Don't know. A : In the Lower City, you can get an apartment room in the Paradise about 500 creds or rent one about 30 creds a month. Q : How many people is it realistic for a 65 year old to beat in close combat? A : Depends on the race. I mean, 65 years Elf and 65 years human is very different. But as OP as they could, they will always be able to be killed, hunt, and tracked by either the Agency or the 10 giants quite easily. Q : What is the name of the big 4's heads? There are collected through the bank account. The same thing taxed in real life. There's no difference. Q : Is there a prison? Where is it? A : There is. The prison is in the Upper City, in the military district. Q : How are lawbreakers punished? Instant death? Prison? Are trials held? A : They are punished according to their crime. Yes, trials are held, but, as one could expected, they are influenced by the rich and powerful. Q : What is the legal age for sex? A : I consider this question as "the marriageable age". They are 18 years old by law. But different race has different cultural norm about that. Q : What is the legal age for working (Lower City, Middle City, Upper City)? A : The legal age of working in all part of Voltulin is 16 years old. Q : How often are elections for government held? A : The election are held every 5 years. Q : How many political groups are there? A : Quite a lot, but each of them are usually puppet of the megacorporations. Q : What other underground crime organizations are there? How large are they? Where is their influence? A : it will be revealed more as the game progress. Q : Are there different meats apart from fish, beef, lamb, chicken, pork? A : There are some exotic meat that came from the creature that has went through the Light Rain. But they are considered rare and not commonly eaten. Q : What is the official language? Does every inhabitant of Voltulin speak one universal language? Does the world speak one universal language? Are there translation devices like in Mass Effect? A : The common language is English. Yes, they speak one universal language, both in Voltulin and in the whole world of Neo Earth. Yes, there's translation device that is linked with the linguistic database. Q : Are vaccinations free? A : Yes, they are free. Q : Are sexual diseases still a thing? A : Sadly, yes. Even so after the coming of many new sentient species. But there are many medicine that can both prevent and cure the diseases. Q : Can nano-machines work as contraceptives? A : Some expensive nanomachines can do that. But the usual contaceptive method still remains the most popular. Q : How does one transport from one metropolis to another? A : By land, air, and sea transport. Normal route of transportation still remains. Q : Are planes a thing? If so, where is the airport? A : Yes, there are airplanes. The airport are located in the Upper City. They are being monitored closely by the military. Q : What would the government leader be called? Mayor? Prime Minister? President? A : Leader. As simple as that. Q : Are there armies for the metropolis' protection against outside threats? A : Yes. The metropolis' army base is in the Upper City with some of their mechanized guards patrolled the outside perimeter of the metropolis.

-For those who are interested. I hope I covered everything. Spoiler: Elias Paige Expanded History Part 1 For as long as he remembered, Elias had struggled to survive. His earliest memories was of living in a hovel alone with his mother. He remembered strings of men coming and going, and having to try to block out the sounds of love-making and satisfaction in their single room dwelling. Mother had done what she could to see that they survived, receiving a bit of money from each 'visitors' stay to take care of herself and her child. Some men would even stay for awhile, working on their various artistic abilities after they woke up, but those were the worst in young Elias' mind, as they often hurt his mother, and were difficult to make leave. Inevitably yet another man would enter the picture, and drive them out. It wasn't all bad though, because during those times Elias would learn the most. He was always very intelligent, and rarely forgot something he saw, so he would watch the men. Writers painters sculptors... He observed many peoples talents as they came and went. If he was lucky, he would manage to steal a tool or two of their trade, and practice on his own the things he saw them do. Some, but not many, were even nice enough to teach him. Usually if they were in a good mood after sleeping with his mother. Sometimes, however he would be caught stealing, and he and his mother would be beaten. He felt the worst after these times, but his mother always encouraged him, telling him he should take whatever opportunity he could to learn, and that she loved his drawings. He loved to draw her. She had beautiful black hair and violet eyes like his own except with flecks of gold. Even used as she was, Muses always seemed attractive. He didn't always stay in their small dwelling, but as he got older, he often went out and joined the local gang of kids, as they did what they could to get their own money and food. He learned to pick-pocket, and how to handle himself with a knife. Together they worked to bring home whatever they could. Some had families and some didn't. A certain percentage went to the leader as "dues" and some was stolen by others, but Elias quickly picked up the ways and importance of money and survival. He also learned to try and hide his looks and not draw attention to himself. Being a Leanan Sidhe was really a curse in this environment, as he sometimes attracted perverts whom he had to fight off alone, or with his friends. Eventually, he became a fixture to the kid-hooligan groups in the area, but he would always go home and bring what he earned to his mother. After which he often drew the things he saw on any paper that he stole, and sometimes the walls. It was when his mother got a job at Madam Q's that things changed. They moved to a better place with more than one room, and the string of men stopped coming around as much, narrowing down to only a few. Elias would sometimes come with his mom to work. As she hosted, he got to know the others there who thought he was adorable. It was also around this time that a certain man entered their lives as a fixture. He was a human wore a cap, and had dirty red hair, eventually Elias would come to call him Uncle V. Elias liked Uncle V. As he seemed to treat his mother well, and took an interest in Elias himself. When Uncle V. saw Elias drawing an advertisement he had seen, he seemed really happy. He told Elias that he could use his talent to work, and make more money for his mom. More than he ever brought home running with street-kids. Taking the bait, Elias let Uncle V. introduce him to a place in Fleatown called The Wooden Frame, where he would be shown various products either by themselves, or through photographs and asked to re-create them. Elias, provided with proper tools and material for the first time in his life worked happily, as he was promised a standard wage for the Lower citizens doing work he loved doing. What he didn't know was that his work would often be used to stage heists of real antiques or artwork, and were often sold for much more than the price he was given. Elias was ignorant and happy that he could help support his mother. His new found fortune made his old friends angry however, coming home one day with a weeks worth of credits, he was ambushed by his old crew, and told to hand over his money. Elias refused of course, and was beat horribly for that refusal, and his money was stolen. From that point on Elias had to be careful when he came home with money, running and hiding from his old comrades who now saw him as prey. As he got increasingly more skilled, The work became more complicated, and harder to pull off a good replication. But Elias didn't mind, in fact he loved the challenge. He began to take pride in his work, often hiding his own signatures in the Forgeries he produced. He eventually caught on that his work was being used for illegal means, but he didn't care as he wanted a better life for himself and his mother. Spoiler: Elias Paige Expanded History Part 2 *Contains language and violence* This went on for quite some time, until one day where Elias' world came crashing down around him. He came home one day to find Uncle V. waiting for him in a broken down chair, quietly menacing. He was both drunk, and angry. "You think highly of yourself don'cha boy." Uncle V. slipped from his chair and stumbled upright. "Your last piece of work was good. We were gonna use it for the biggest heist yet!" The eyes of Uncle V. had a far away look as he continued to speak in a slurring manner. "s'you did good work and we had it all set up... Buht you had to put in a goddamn signature in your work!" Uncle V. threw a half-empy bottle against the wall. "Do you know how much you cost me! It s'was caught under close inspection! All of us are ruined becaus' of the whim of a goddamn kid! I'mma beat you bloody boy!" What followed was the worst beating of Elias' life. He was beaten so bad he couldn't move. Sometime during the process his mother came home with another man in tow. She quickly saw what was happening and ran to pull Uncle V. off of her son. Uncle V. slapped her away noting the other stranger in the room who was fast leaving. "You firggin whore. Your talents are mine! I take care of you and the boy and in return you can fetch me a tidy living. Is s'that not enough for you! You both are mine your talents are mine to do with whatever I goddamn well please! Uncle V. started to beat on Elias' mother, at one point Elias watched him stumble back from his prone, barely conscious position on the floor. "Did you just try to put me to sleep you bitch? I'll kill you!" Elias could do nothing but watch trying and failing to scream at him to stop, as Uncle V. slowly strangled his mother to death. A full ten minutes after her body stopped moving, Uncle V. coldly tossed her body next to Elias and left the room. He could see her bulging eyes and her beautiful black hair right in front of him. *Its all my fault* Was his last thought before losing consciousness. He didn't know how long he laid there next to his mother. All he remembered is suddenly being held very gently in the arms of Madam Q, and being brought to stay at the Host Club. He stayed for a long time in the bed of one of the back rooms. He wouldn't eat. He hated himself for his pride, for allowing himself to be fooled. He hated his race and how they seemed doomed to be used and discarded by others. He wanted to die and be with his mother. While he laid in bed for days, various hosts of madam Q's tried to get him to eat eventually Tsuare came, forcing herself on top of Elias gently while he lay there so he would lose his walls for just a moment, and feed off of her by instinct. It worked. Elias started to gradually eat a little, and eventually recovered. He thought of how his mother always acted as a buffer for him, providing him people to feed off of while she was there to protect him from the worst of their abuses. Because it was normal, he never thought of how much she had sacrificed until now, when he had lost her. Now he would have to feed on his own from untrustworthy people, without her watching over him. He hated the thought, and still tried to eat as little as he could and still be healthy. When he recovered fully, he began to learn to assist with Host-work. It was one of Madam Q's rules that if you were healthy enough, you had to earn your keep. He was too young to be a Host himself, but for awhile he assisted where he could in the various things that needed to be done. The Host Club became like his second family, as he observed how they worked and the people who frequented the establishment. For a short period Elias didn't want to touch Art. But Madam Q wouldn't see his talents go to waste, and convinced him to paint a few things for the club, where he would get paid at a discount for the cost of materials. Eventually he would come around, because Elias couldn't stop doing what he loved. He no longer hid a signature in his work however, it was this small bit of pride that cost him the life of his mother. He couldn't forgive himself. Madam Q herself explained to him how he was being taken advantage of when he worked for the people at The Wooden Frame, and taught him more about making and managing money, and what to look out for. She then set him up with contacts of her own for a better steady income. Even with those contacts however, he still had to take care not to be exploited. Madam Q belived one learned by experience. She always knew Elias wouldn't want to stay and become a Host working for her, but he was always welcome. For the remainder of his youth, until he managed to set up an apartment for himself, he worked out of Madam Q's. The Wooden Frame, and those involved with the business were destroyed by the wealthy who were angered by being made fools of, thanks to the botched job that resulted in Elias' misfortune. The Madam made sure no one found any connections back to him, but it reaffirmed a bone-deep fear all Paradiser's had for those with money and power. Elias eventually regained a pride for his Art, but he trusted no one except perhaps those at Madam Q's. He wanted to get out of the slums, and achieve a life for himself his mother never had. He didn't want to be another used up sad story of his race. !-NEW EVENT-! AZURE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP Azure World Championship is a very prestigious urban flying car race that is held by a committee under the same name, Azure World. The committee itself is owned by two corporate giants, Bishamonten Group and Zela Energy. The championship is a 7 days event that will be held in the Middle City, as it will use the road of the Middle City as the flying car’s race “track”, but the “track” themselves is not on the ground. They are in the shape of a large floating ring that is scattered all over the city. Each of them are numbered and the racers must go through them one by one to reach the finish line. During the event, the whole Middle City will be in a festive mood. At that time, one can see many unique shops and companies that came from all over Neo Earth just to open their own stall in the Middle City. No one will want to miss the yearly event that attracts the whole Neo Earth’s attention. Changes to the game: New limited time missions! Hello and good day to all of you~! We have had this RPG for more than a month as of now. You don't know how happy I am that we are able to make such a game online in here. But lately, I have been seeing less and less activity in the game. Due to that, I have a questionnaire that might make me aware what else can I improve in the game. Here are the following questions. What is your general opinion on the RPG so far? Do you still want to continue playing the RPG? What makes you want to play the RPG more? What prevents you to play the RPG more? (E.g. not enough player, IRL condition, not interested anymore, etc.) What difficulties have you encountered when you play in the RPG so far? What features do you want to see more?
