- all you to know about this story is how she overcomes her love of good looks and marries her best friend Phillip who is perfect in every way with the exception of being not good looking in the least. While the shady guy Phylis tries to marry her to try to further his ambition in killing off her family and taking over the kingdom.
It’s technically a very long one shot. Also, MTL was confusing so I’m gonna guess pretty difficult to translate.
Phyllis's the antagonist. Phillip's the ML. It's a simple oneshot. So, split into 2 parts. It's not angsty at all, but a rather direct HE.
It's a pretty hilarious comedy because Sophia is very into looks and tends to look ridiculous panting over guys with those qualities - even as she runs away from them. Phillip has even commented you look like child being deprived of sweets. Though, Sophia keeps her eye on the prize - which is for her and her family to stay alive. Throughout the whole time you want to strangle her frankly. Phillip pretty much is very much perfect in every single way - loving, kind, a gentlemen, the one with the top scores (with the exception of Phyllis who is number 2), wonderful with sword (Phyllis once again number 2), loyal (Phyllis likes to hide it but very disloyal - MTL is confusing but it seems to be hinted), well-respected, liked by his peers, and even let her go when he saw she seemed deliriously happy with the antagonist the 1st time around. Phyllis even tries to mentally manipulate and insinuate that there is something between Sohpia and him - but Phillip doesn't back down in the least. He tries that much harder to be the best person - even winning a duel against Phyllis in an effort to allow Sophia the freedom to marry whoever she wishes. That's when she declares that she truly came to love him. Its also hinted that Sophia knew in the 1st time around he would rise up and rip Phyllis apart to take revenge.
