Discussion Qidian Spirit Stones Release that Witch

Just started Release that Witch a week ago and caught up to the latest free chapter. I'm wondering why there's no ad-wall and I have to pay 7-10 spirit stones per chapter under the justification that they're only a bit longer than other novel's chapters.

I mean with like 60 chapters costing 7-10 spirit stones that's around 400-500 spirit stones, which is basically forcing you to pay.

I'm probably going to "invite" a lot of friends (If you know what I mean). Or I'm just going to create another account to read the rest.

Srsly, ad-wall is fine, but why are they forcing you to pay spirit stones.

ever heard patreon like other translator website? yes it similar it just qidian decide to call it spirit stone EXCEPT you can get free spirit stone daily

 

you get 7-14 ish from daily sign in, watch an ad on the app, and 5 for power stone voting, worst case u get 19-21ish per day, honestly the worst time you'd actually end up using more than you gain per day is when they do mass release (5-10), its not as "horrible" as people claim unless you read more than just RTW there (only series i read from them)

 

Qidian essentially wants people to buy spirit stones so they can make money. My advice if you can't spend money to buy, then have patience for when they become available for free. And in the meantime create an account and login every day to get the Free Spirit Stones that will pile up.

 

I think you're being kinda harsh. They're not forcing you to pay spirit stones. You can just wait a day for the next chapter.

Speaking of which, one chapter release per day is among the level of fast in the translating community. Before that, they were releasing 2 per day which is just astounding.

You should be glad they aren't making the chapters fully pay to view. Perhaps they'll do it one day(considering Qidian's repudation), but for now, it's amazing that RTW is being released once per day.

Come on, you knew that this day will come sooner or later by way Qidian operating. You can imagine the end result of Qidian international by actually going to Qidian chinese.

 

It's doesn't exist. Nothing of this sort exists. I spent an hour looking hard.

 

It has nothing to do with length and everything to do with it being premium. A part of the spirit stones earning also goes to the author according to qidian. There are 50 chapters locked so about 350 - 400 stones. I suggest unlocking from the latest chapter and working backwards for max efficiency.

You get 100 stones for joining and 17-23 stones per day if you get to level 2. So you would be able to catch up in about 2 weeks if you don't refer. Referring yourself, you can easily fill in that gap in a day yes.

To the people over here giving advises - I read 10 novels on qidian. Plus I was planning on starting another. And naturally after I catch up with that I would start one more. My daily expenditure before this premium stuff was already 50+ ss. My earnings are approx 30ss. So I watched some ads to make up the difference. But now I can't watch ads. Plus I am a college student with no money to my name. At least not to spend on this stuff. So this new system sucks for me. I am fine with adwall. Even if they are going premium just Increase the ads from 1 to 2. Or stop giving free ss. Then either people watch ads or pay for ss. Either way qidian will earn money. And both kind of readers can enjoy it.
