Can someone remind me how many troops does batalion, regiment and etc have? I think it was mentioned in the story but I don't remember
NU says it goes up to chapter 308. I have no idea how long WW intend to keep up this insane pace, but i assume they will be slowing down soon. Still, even a slower pace will finish up the novel pretty damn fast.
If WW, or any group for that matter, legally has the English publishing rights, and this has been confirmed, then shouldn't NU add a feature that locks the release postings to allow only that English Publisher, or authorized translators for that English Publisher?
QI are going by parts not chapters. Chapters are divided into 2-3 parts. Both translations are roughly at the same place.
Check Again and you notice the title saying 1,2,3 for example that 3 chapter translated on 1 page. so roughly around +10 ahead atm
Those are not chapters, they are parts. HJC chapters are separated into 2-3 parts each, which are what are considered normal chapters for other novels. When i say chapters, i am talking about HJCs standard for chapters.
They are currently 3 chapters (ie 9 parts) ahead of WW. Tbh, i tried reading QI's translation because last chapter's cliffhanger is pretty high, but things like fight scenes are basically nonsense. In the end i decided to put the whole series in my "on hold" list and wait for WW's translation to be completed
that would probably break NU's neutrality policy. The whole situation is very murky and doing that would draw NU in.
Ah, the cliff. I love it though. He's happy enough to fight his Father-in-law to get Mother-in-law's approval. FiL kinda deserves it though for messing him around a few times. dis gun b good.
QI is being weird though since it went by releases but some of the chapters are like chapter 740 1|2|3 so unsurprisingly their chapter numbers are just wrong now. (always subpar jobs with translations and the awkwardly "google/thesaurus" or "random unrelated names" that are changed to make it "different enough" from original english translations :s)
well this doesn't seem to be a problem when it concerns gravity tales thou. before GT took down the novels that are on both GT and QI, NU would only put Qi's release.... double standard? u can say Qi owns GT but legally it doesn't. QI and GT are still separate legal entities.
Didn't they come to that agreement of hosting in both places? While Qi was just backtracking and trying to bully them to give up and then do the same deal?
Everything around QI is a minefield. i know, it doesnt make any sense btu *shrugs* what can you do? that's the way things are. You'd have to talk to Tony for specifics.
well IIRC (not very sure) they had the agreement but 90% of GT is owned by Qi so they can do whatever they want as long as it isn't illegal... even if it's illegal, someone needs to sue sooo...yea probably not happening... not to mention we don't know the contract details
