Picked Up Translator Looking for a Chinese Novel- but with requirements

    Hello, I'm Serractica. I'm a Chinese translator who started and is still continuing "The Taming of the Yandere".
    I want to pick up a second series to TL, but I don't really know where to find one. TOTY was found through the raw site SFACG, but I've found that all the other novels on there are either way too amateur or just not my taste.
    I wish for you readers to give me some opinions. Now, I know that Aris12 spams this Pickup channel like every single day (I really admire and appreciate the effort, props to you Aris :blobfistbumpR:), but I want more of a variety of perspectives. To be honest, I don't read novels that much, though I can become quite dedicated when I find a good one.
    I know that a lot of people want "The Captivating Crown Prince" to be picked up, but GirlyNovels is still holding on to that one. good luck to her :blobpeek:

    Here are my requirements:
    a) Chinese.
    b) No action (fighting, wuxia, MMO game, etc.)
    c) Modern Day. This means no ancient/historical.
    d) No yaoi/boy's love.
    e) No Qidian

    Modern, transmiggration, Doctor, romance,
    Rebirth of arrogant Evil Doctor. It's intersting novel with mc transmigration body of abondoned wife who was bully by white lotus sweetheart of her husband. She divorced him. I really like this novel. Mc is cold, ruthless, she has mysterious identify, she is soft toward her brother. I have read half novel it's very good

    I'm interested. Will take a better look this upcoming week.

    flarewk hasn't dropped translation, he's just taking a long hiatus.
    Those novels seem too shallow for me anyway....
    And damn, a LOT of people like violent yandere

    Okay, I've found a novel to translate. It's called "The Heart of His Palm". Raw name is "他的手掌心".
    Here's the synopsis:

    28-year-old Lu Jinyan is a legendary, iconic figure. He's the CEO of a large business corporation and lives in a mansion; However, he lacked a pale, beautiful, and wealthy woman.
    Then, he met Miss Qiao. Qiao Yiran was sweet and gorgeous, but she wasn't rich at all. To make matters worse, a large burden of debt rested on her shoulders.
    Mr. Lu vowed to clear Miss Qiao's debt, and make her a super star.
    Others said: She only loves you for your money.
    Lu Jinyan says: No worries, I have more money than I need. I'm more afraid that she doesn't love money.

    Qiao was cooking red bean soup. Lu held her from behind, and rested his chin against her shoulder.
    She held a spoonful for him to try: "Is it sweet enough?"
    Lu pecked Qiao's forehead with his lips: "No, it's very delicious."

    With Mr. Lu's encounter with Miss Qiao, all sorrows came to a close.

    Not fluff. This novel is quite anticlimactic and sad in the beginning chapters. The story is moderately paced, but not at all slow.
