I was reading a novel (CN) in which i came across this line. "Standing opposite was a man wearing a black robe, a clearly good looking man, but his slightly raised lips revealed 120,000 points of evil." I ignored the word in this line later I found it at lots of places in many MTL novels . I want to ask is there any special meaning of this word?
Maybe the number 120K mean something for CN? There are quite a bit of exclusive CN words with confusing meaning after all, like the time someone made a thread to rant about....."Chinese Black"....
I googled for more results about 120,000 on lnmtl but the closest i found was "#374: The big game opens( always recommends 120,000 in addition!!!)" This is chapter name of WOTMW warlock of the magus world but it seems 120,000 means something in chinese.
The TLer (or MTLer) read wrongly and mistranslated. I'm guessing from the context that the original text should be "十二万分的邪肆", which should be read as: "十二万分 的 邪肆", which means beyond/extremely demonic/evil/malevolent, where "十二万分" is an idiom with the definition of "very/extremely" But it seems that TLer read/TLed it wrongly as: "十二万 分 的 邪肆", which means "120,000 points of evil/malevolence" instead where the two words "十二万" and "分” is referring to the phrase "120,000" and "points" respectively.
