It's not really generic. The MC is overpowered, yes, but the title covers that. It's basically a slice-of-life novel akin to Death March kara Hajimaru Isekai Kyusoukyoku (WN). It does have rather generic elements, though, but out of all the similar novels present on NU, it has a unique spin on a few of them that makes it a refreshing read.

But yeah. The main thing about this novel is that it's not a "save the world" or "revenge is my motive" story. Heck, it's not even a guy trying to return. It's purely a slice of life story.
