Legend of the Great Saint was my favorite when it comes to non-human MC's, but the previous translator (cvquake) stopped translating it and dropped it for that piece of garbage that is Destroyer of Ice and Fire.

A new translator has picked it up, though it released rather infrequently.

 

The Death Mage that doesn’t want a fourth time is amazing.

 

Legend of the great saint could have been better.

I was gonna suggest:
A Snakes Life/Rise Life is part one and Rise is part two.
Also A Snake’s Report. Part one at RRL part two on Reddit.

Both can be found at RoyalRoadL. The thing is neither has cultivation they both have levels. Still good though. Give them a try?

and he doesn’t tell anyone he isn’t, and he’s extremely careful about hiding so the only people who discover his secret don’t care at all. Super disappointed he never went to the dragon planet as a domain lord

 

Overlord ... is the best you can get out there pal! Well, that and because I don't know other MCs who meet your requirements

The Iron Teeth: A Goblin's Tale - Protagonist of the story is the goblin, it might be slow but it's well written (IMHO)
Everybody Loves Large Chests - Not the only protagonist isn't human, he is monster and kind of evil? well, he does like to eat humans.
Dungeon Heart - Progaonist used to be dwarf before death after which he became dungeons core. it might sound boring but I liked management and dungeon building aspects of it.
Law of Shadows - Modern world, protagonist looks like a human but he's from the immortal race (possible to kill but not dying of age)
Beyond? - His planet was dying before death he intercepted someone trying to summon a demon and got summoned instead (well it's more like rebirth)

NU:
Dungeon Defense - Protagonist is one of the 72 demon lords
Overlord (LN) - Protagonist is the undead ruler of Ainz Ooal Gown, with all kind of races surrounding him.
Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken (WN) - He is slime, OP super evolving slime.
Breakers - One of demon lords sons tho his race aren't that important to the plot.
Dungeon Hunter - Demon who came to earth to manage dungeon in competition against other demons
Skeleton Knight, in Another World - Title says all.
