    Snake Rise on rrl.
    Overseer on rrl.

Or you can search novel with kobold tag on it coz some novel used it to refer the lizardman.

    Does a dragon/dragonoid count as a lizardman?

Buaya darat “Land crocodile” = Playboy, womanizer.

Oh, there's so many MCs with harems. I don't think you need any recommendations.

(Sorry, couldn't resist the obscure joke.)

    What about orcs?

Oh there was something with orcs, lizards, Jellyfish or some magician... I usually remember orcs, though...

RPG novels have lizardmen as monsters to gain exp from... does that count?

Makes you think of all the other races that are rarely used for the MC... Such as the dwarf. I don't think I've ever seen a dwarf MC on NU...

That is the power of imitation right there. Out of all the monster/nonhuman race protagonist stories only a handful were being original. When they ended up being successful though they got a but load of copycat novels. Goblin, Slimes, Orcs, Skeletons. They all ended up becoming very popular. In the end though it was really just the luck of the draw, just imagine if the author of the first popular goblin story had chosen to make his protagonist a Kobold instead. We would probably have a ton of stories about lizard/rat people protagonist.

Yeah from Re:Monster right? It seems there are a lot of different versions. Although this is nothing new, the word goblin can be used to refer to both a orc and an ogre, and the names kobold and goblin themselves can mean fairy. Hell the term hob from hobgoblin actually means small. Pretty much every monster name has been repurposed at least once.
