I would 2nd The Amber Sword it’s a great read. Noble Emblem is also good sadly no one has really picked it up so gonna have to read MTL or just read raw, even MTL I find it to be a good read. If you like JP then something like Death Mage or Nidome no Yuusha are both good. Tales of a reincarnated lord is also really nice, it is however more of a western medivial feel then fantasy in other words no magic but weapons and sort of cultivation.
