it has 2200(complete) chapters but only 58 chapters translated, I read the entire novel and it was good. it isn't a fanfiction of one anime only, the mc start at the fairy tail world and goes to others worlds
the other two novels of the same author https://www.novelupdates.com/series/illimitable-until-death/ and https://www.novelupdates.com/series/shoujo-grand-summoning/ I also liked, it is of the same style, going to others anime worlds, I also read both entire. I don't know if those fits the style that you wanted or you'd like to have a 'fanfic' novel where the MC was in one world only but these are the ones that I remember that I read, there is also 从默示录开始 it's a new one with only around 350 chapters, of the same style that if you liked those three that I said before you maybe will like it.
Also, if you do like to search for some yourself in a cn website there is the one called faloo, it has some good fanfics but as it is paywalled after some chaptes (60 +/-) you will have to search some that you like in the site and search for alternative websites that have the novel.

Well anyway, it's a transmigration genderbender novel where the MC end up becoming Sakura from naruto world

I didn't read far enough, but I think it was going down the yuri route of MC + Haku, but maybe something happened with Sasuke instead...
