Yeah maplestory lives So ridiculously easy to level now Man it was hard to level when it first came out
The game market has changed quite a bit, people dont have the patience to put in the effort anymore. With more and more big name games making things pay2win, or easier, you either have to as well or be left behind. Casual gamers are growing each year in number, the market is just much bigger this way. Its a shame, but understandable, more people are unhappy with their real lives, so games good a good way to make one feel accomplished.
the times when going in those ships to Orbys or Ludibrium not knowing anything and then those damn monsters popping out
Nowadays, it's all LOL man. Maple is too old and the quality of games are much higher. It makes maple look like crap.
I think zero is limited time only. And yea they've really upped the casual part. I remember being level 60 was a sign of respect and when quests were harder
used to.... Like years ago.... Back then it was possible to get from lvl 1 to 70 in less then a week.... If I remember correctly ... Did it for some summer? Event to get some weird ring. ... I also remember during that event the dam server kept crashing and rolling back so I never did get that ring.... Aside from that I was a merchant.... My account got hacked so I quit....
From what I can remember from the last time I had played MS the Zero classes is available to be made during some events only where they will unlock the character other than that no.
I play Reboot, where Zero is not available. IIRC, Zero will be available during the Heroes of Maple Update next month for all other worlds.
If you want to play the special characters, try playing the moblie. That's all you can play. Anyone remember the event where a bunch of barlongs appeared in towns and mass killed players I'm not old I just got into maplestory when I was young because my siblings were playing at the time
Pffft. The quality of games hasn't really gone up at all in the past decade. Whatchu talkin about. Graphics have generally improved, that's for sure, but storytelling is hit-or-miss, and gameplay mechanics are shit. Launch day releases of triple-A titles are typically bug-riddled piles of horse poopoo that you regret paying $$$ for. Early-access games are the new hip thing, with little content at all and little - if any - development progress in the years of them being publicly FOR SALE. The koreans can't make another decent MMO outside of a light novel. Sony hates backwards compatibility. Maple's crap, of course. But it was pretty good back in the day, and its graphics have held up alright.
probaby the attack on towns event (within the 1st 3 years of official release, its been too long for me to remember)..... =D i still have screenies of that. though my char was too weak to survive and i kept dying.... i couldnt even escape outside of the town before dying..... i think now you can use summon sacks and kill people..... but chances are they are already high lvl enough to kill it....
