Probally a womanizing character where he continually seduces the MC and as you progress through him, you realises that he was actually seducing the MC due to him given a bet where if he won her heart, he'll be given enough money to pay off his debt and you'll ended up with the MH. BTW, what world type are you making? Modern or fantasy?

Otome fixing plot System MC has to fix and fill the plot in every arc of each otome worlds. Either to fill the plot cuz the otome world was discontinued / abandoned or to make it more exciting and dramatic. Etc
considering that alot of shoujo story has complicated story: the male lead is actually a female, while the main character is actualy a male. and they found out that they are actually blood related, but somehow it turns out that one of them are actually adopted. then before getting maried one of them will lose their memory or something.
Is your protagonist an escapist fantasy MC or is it a actual person in digital form? For male lead you can just go through random pick in the hat as they can be anything from a God going to high school for the lolz or Satan getting bored and want to feel what teenage call true hell on earth.
How about basing it loosely in a LN you like? But add a twist, Like the MC is reincarnted into villaness, who realizes that she's in a novel but meets with death by deviating from the plot or tragedy by letting it unfold. HoweeHo, one of the boys realizes that on a "playthrough", that they are being guided by fate and tries to help her break free.
For the female lead, she is a time traveler who retains her memories, thus each new game+ she would have remembered everything in her previous play through. So if she discovered that character A is plotting against character B, in her next playthrough she can use that information when she interact with character A, B. For male MC, let's make two groups. There is two antagonist female, depending on which side you are against. And each male MC is a familiar of a female protagonist (which your MC are not). The hidden male MC capture target is the headmaster, which is the one who gathers those female protagonist and plot to make them destroyed in mutual destruction.
