in my country if you study hard enough its free + even if you need to pay is quite cheap compared to another's country's it's like 2k euro per year in my country and the diploma lets you practice everywhere in EU , the only thing which is hard is to get in since there are like 8-10 students per spot

Being in a village miles from anywhere is almost as bad as being in the middle of the ocean. You learn quick or bad things happen. Either losing your job or even your life.
