Truck-sama is an ancient Artifact, he becomes the MCs new legs (literally) and grants him magical powers to defeat evil.
This is actually ending up as a rather well rounded story so far. The genres match the suggestions and currently released tag (soul power)... for now.
Truck-sama hits MC into Pillar-kun and reincarnation occurs, but MC becomes Truck-sama complete with level system.

No need to pick one or the other, pick both, second guy never said who reincarnates so we get a story with two MCs Truck sama reincarnates into other world and the rest is as RayPeest says while the 'original mc' gets the powers like Kenedy5 said, but you see its really a love story that does not know the bound of race or space time differences...

This is a story of a crossdressing woman on a mission to kill the yandere werebeast that murdered her family since it was in love with her mother and has become distraught with the loss of all she held dear.
You’re trying to kill me I’m thinking that the person he tried to save dies and he writes a story where they are still alive in attempt to cope. Does he actually transmigrate? Maybe~ The Yandere isn’t the love interest? That’s a semi decent twist and could add in to the mystery portions.
