The rss for reading list is not working. Though for the forum apparently is fine. I did add the feed from novelupdates and is not working as well.
@runsing is NU rss king (the person I know who uses it the most that I know of) As for the reading list RSS, I seem to remember hearing something before, but not the particulars.
you're doing it wrong. where did you even get the url? >.> there are two feed links for the reading list, and none of them will look like the url you use. the feed url would be different per user. and they would either looks like this, https://www.novelupdates.com/rss.php?uid=4678&unq=563a4f4483c8&type=0&lid=local or like this https://www.novelupdates.com/rss.php?uid=4678&unq=563a4f4483c8&type=read you can get it in the reading list page. look for the or icon. it's right beside the setting(s) anyway, if you're on pc, i'd recommend FeedNotifier. it's very light and fast. it's a tiny standalone application.
The way was using is go to my readinglist, there is show a green +, then I click and will show the feed url, so I add for my feed and is this. I'm not using a wrong way, I was using this way and was working. I'm not using this recently. https://www.novelupdates.com/rss.php?uid=4678&unq=563a4f4483c8&type=0&lid=local This part "&unq=563a4f4483c8&type=0&lid=local" where do I get? Where? I did open this link https://www.novelupdates.com/rss.php?uid=91615&unq=563a4f4483c8&type=0&lid=local . I put my userid in link and I save as rss. I'll wait and see. But, has not nothing there. The way was using showed my list and for default open to save the rss. Edit: Ok, I've tested with Youtube Channel and is not working. I'll change the rss feed reader. It's working now with the link you give me. Anyway, thank you.
the generated rss link will be different per user click on the icon, NOT the text the green one is per list. meaning that you'll need to repeatly copy the links for each list you opened/viewing the amber one is global/combined feed for all of your lists.
*nod nod* Yep yep. RSS problem, call that snake How about android mobile phones, runsing-kun? Not that I have the space...
when you're looking for rss app, if you see it mention that it requires you to make an account, then it means the app depends on 3rd party service. skip it. those are worthless when it comes to NU. look for something that uses your phone's ability instead. as in, it is the app itself that connects to NU directly, not depending on online service such as Feeder (in which Feeder connects to NU, and then send the info to your phone). those service are slow because they only checks NU every several hours.
