Here is a kind ol' sir, explaining the bullshit that is energy drinks. One of the reasons people get FAT, yes with a capital letters, is because to burn off the sugar of a 2 in one servings of monster energy drink, you would need to run 7.2km Well, you're up for some running? If not, regular coffee will suite you better. Is that not enough to convince you? No matter, just look at all the other reasons you don't need Monster to "energize" yourself. Just watch the video and don't shy away from the 18 minutes, because first of all, if you are a person used to drinking a lot of these "energy" drinks, this will help you realise something (hopefully) and secondly, he is good at explaining things, so you won't even notice the passage of time.
My data is expensive.... And my internet is a snail. Youre saying 18 minutes, Im telling you it's 30 minutes. I'll just eat my popcorn over here and watch the replies
Nothing beats water. One of my biggest lessons from going to the gym is to never substitute water for energy drinks. Yes it does give you that boost of energy but in return it also has a lot of negatives as stated by the videos. You should only really be drinking energy drink for the "energy" for sports. But if you want to just stay in shape just drink water or protein shakes
The only good info I got from this video - Don't do energy drinks. Drink coffee (or take caffeine pills) and eat chocolate bars for the same result. P.s. Or just drink coke. Caffeine + sugar. who needs monster energy?
When the doctor telling people the cause of fat and their unhealthy body while his own body has fat!!~
First ways to die, now this. I hope this forum does not become a suicide/depression sympathizer forum.
Rip... Well, at least I said the important stuff at my post... I just know that 18 minutes is hard for some
just by breathing you lose about 0.5 kg a day, if you control your diet to not exceed this consumption and exercise to mantain your muscular stability you will lose weight
