I am indeed going to attempt to subtitle the other audio drama episodes!! It will take a while though--my Chinese is barely at ILR level 2 (limited working proficiency). This means it takes me around 1 hour to sub 4 minutes of dialogue x_x The audio drama medium can be a bit of a pain to sub because: 1) The audio drama adds extra dialogue since it can't include the narration from the book. This means I can't just copy-paste from K's novel translation (damn I can't be shamelessly lazy LOL) 2) The audio drama lacks subtitles. This means if I have trouble understanding something (which happens quite often given my level of Chinese), I can't even tell what words are being used. (The Bilibili scrolling commenters generously make a subtitle on occasion, but it's definitely not for every line of dialogue. Plus from episode 3 on, it looks like the audio drama is only available via premium currency on MissEvan--at least for now). Other interesting points of note: -Lan Wangji talks more in the audio drama because we can't see his body language. So far this is most noticeable in episode 4. -Because there's no narration to explain the world to us, certain characters talk a lot more. You can see this from episode 1 alone, where Lan Sizhui and Lan Jingyi have lots of lines in order to give exposition. -Wei Wuxian's VA is really funny <3 -The sound effects and music are wonderful and fit each scene perfectly. -They skipped the flashback scenes at the Cloud Recesses in Episode 4. I suspect this could be because they want to keep each episode about the same length. Perhaps next episode will be entirely devoted to flashbacks, or perhaps they will move the flashbacks somewhere later.
It's at most 3 years, since Lan Wangji and Lan Xichen both participated in the archery competition for under-20s at the Wen Sect's Discussion Conference when Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji were 16. (See chapters 45 and 51.) Given that Lan Xichen already has his title and all that, it's probably close to 3 years.
Ouh wow I'm more exited than ever now. Wei Ying does indeed have the same robe style to Jiang Cheng, but in black and red, I wonder what sort of excuse/reason the'll come up with in the anime for WY to not wear the proper sect uniform when he studies at Cloud Recesses(?) Perhaps the same excuse he used when he started to wear dark clothing at the Koi tower celebration.

And I'm done subtitling the second episode of the audio drama! Thankfully this one was shorter than the first, and the dialogue was somewhat closer to the book. I really feel for our poor Wi-Fi though ;__;
