    Well, I always wondered how hard it would be to beat a dragon without magic assistance, like completely no magic. With your standard fantasy setting dragon.

    Of course, no fire arms and alike for your party. :)

    You find something that can melt its innards or spread fatal desies, or even an explosives.
    Get it on a deathrow prisoner and feed it to the dragons..if one doesnt work, make a tons of similar sacrificess.

    Your classic human level smart dragon without magic but 1000 C hot forebears, 10 meters long with wingspan of 30 meters and armor plate steel-like scales.

    P.S.
    No magic means complete lack of supernatural powers at your disposal.

    Get another powerful monster to fight with the dragon. After the battle if the dragon isn’t dead then kill it with a sword while it’s in a weakened state.

    A lot of stories give dragons high magic resistances. To defeat one without magic, you could :

    Set up traps while it's asleep, bind the dragon with numerous chains and kill it slowly

    Have something equally powerful injur it

    Look for some kind of weakness like the missing scale in the hobbit

    Throw explosives into it's mouth when it breathes in

    Issue with that would be the size of the sword vs the size of a dragon. You could not realistically harm it enough with any melee weapon to kill it.

    It's so simple.... Just put lethal poison in the dragon food and watch it die!

    I'll probably just look for a legit dragon slayer. If I'm just risking my life for no apparent reason other than the thrill of hunting dragons, that would not be wise.

    Or I'll just befriend it. Like it the movie How to train your dragon :blob_grin:

    Plung yourself to the dragon's mouth, don't forget bring a sword. Try to open the throath and go to the dragon's throath and you can wound at their throath.
