Sigma Novel has posted 6 chapters in the last 3 months, with no chapters in the last 3 weeks. I wasn't able to find anything on Sigma Novel's website that mentioned dropping it. By the rules of NU, I believe you'd be in the clear if you want to pick it up from where the last translator left off, but you might want to reach out to the most recent translator first. Sometimes translators take time off without saying anything. I also noticed you have a post in the Pickup Request forum. I'm don't think this novel qualifies for a pickup request since a translator has released a chapter at some point in the last 90 days.

By NU's standards, Sigma Novel isn't an active translator for the series. Having only released 6 chapters total in the last 3 months, and approaching 30 days without a new release, they fail the active translator test. Still, it would be a good idea for any new translator to reach out to the old one just to be sure the old translator isn't on a long hiatus or something.
I was able to find an email at the end of their privacy policy: http://www.sigmanovel.com/privacy-policy/ There is no other means to contact them that I could find in my few minutes browsing their site. Edit: I found this message in the comments for one of the chapters on Sigma's site: Sigma may have stopped translating because he got hassled by the publisher of Martial God Conqueror.
