    No as in, Goku was dead, so Piccolo took Gohan to train. Linley is just like, Hey kids, I've seen you enough so I'll go into closed door training for a couple of years and not be a good father to my >7 year old kids.

    Might be worth narrowing it down to best husband from male MC CNs because in female MC novels pretty much every ML is Mr. Perfect.

    Many of the male MC's father are very good husbands, almost always loyal to ONE love interest, keep raising the child ALONE because the mother got abducted by enemy or her clan, capable even if somehow crippled, might be too indulgent on the child (MC) because he loved his love interest way too much and feel guilty about the MC being motherless (thus the MC somehow being asshole y Feudian Excuse before someone transmigated into his body).
