Ok so I mtled a little >.> Apparently the super genius doctor is the ml's half brother ...for some reason I didn't get their mom took a lose your memory pill and forgot everything ...The ml doesn't know that they are half brother nor that his mother is still alive Also because the ml looked like his not so dead mom his dad didn't like him (or more like wasn't close to him)(I don't know if the dad had more kids or not) . Apparently there is a very strict training with rules I don't get with mtl to become the ruler of the city and one of them is to be able to kill with no emotion So the ml took mc in a trip outside and just started killing people for no reason...it seems the people outside are not important to ml's eyes ....the mc though got scared and had a really bad panic attack (and very bottled feelings) The most funny part was ml going ..I have people everywhere ..just say the word and all 4 kingdoms are mine ...the mc went TAT you are the emperor!!!! OAO One other thing I didnt get was why ml had to leave town...
It was the other guy who is "advisor in charge of handling accounts" and stuff who gets angry on ML for ditching his work and loitering. When MC came back from the outside trip he spoke to Dr. about wanting to meet ML's mother and Dr. told him to meet "advisor" and advisor took him to his home with excuse that his mother wanted to meet MC. Later MC thought how ML is poor that the advisor daily eat mothers cooking and in the same place MC doesn't. (that is what I comprehend through mtling) Just finished the novel. There is not any mention of MC being cured. Just in the end ML is feeling proud that Dr. said MC's health is improving due to good food, exercise and mental peace/mood improvement. And MC thought to himself when did I exercise ) So it can be deducted MC might drag his life for quite a while.

I'm terrible at searching for this so I wanted to ask here: is there any fanart of the characters anywhere online? Because I can sort of guess at what the MC looks like with the scarring on his face but then again it getsdescribed in ways that are a little contradictory so I'm never quite sure... (Mostly I'm never quite sure if they're scars caused by blades or whips or if it's more like burn scars.)
