oringinally slated for 2020 but last i heard they’re trying to aim for 2019. i think its possible the filming seems pretty quick

they already resumed filming (on the 13th i think). fire was on the 11th

 

Damn a lot of work must've gone into making sure that the filming progress goes as planned. The live action many not stick to the novel completely, but I can't deny I'm curious how it'll come together, even if the end result is nothing more than a bromance and no crazy woman comes in between

 

yeah i’ll be too curious not to tune in but i can already imagine what it’s gonna be like. like instead of the bath tub scene they’re gonna fight over something stupid and then in the temple they’ll make up with lines like “lets be brothers for life!” or something lol...

I don't want too hate Wen Qing's character because of this (T^T) she's like one of the few women in the novel who's a badass doctor and is Lan SiZhui's mom
