LOOL Wei! Poor uncle QiRen, got his goatee shaved off twice by the mother & son duo I'm seriously tempted to write a fanfic, in Qiren's perspective about this, how his goatee got shaved off hahahaha!!! It makes me wonder if Lan QiRen knew that Wei was SanRen's son but never said anything

 

Lol why did Wei ying shave off his goatee was it a bet or by accident? Or was it because it was Wei ying

 

If I remember right I think SanRen shaved Lan QiRen's goatee cuz she thought he would look handsomer without it and so she shaved it But with Wei I imagine he did it because his Wei Ying the annoying yet cute little piece of shit

So serious peeps like lan zhan and Wei changze fall for frivolous ones like Wei ying and zangse sanren to make up for their seriousness lol

 

It seems so, in this world opposite does attract lol. If I lack in an area I'll just find a partner that'll make up for my lack of it, that's pretty much how it is.

 

Awwwwwww the audio drama released some behind-the-scene clips from when the VAs of Lan JingYi and Lan SiZhui were doing voice recordings. (The recording sessions appear to be from the Yi City arc and beyond <3)

There were also two adorable ringtones released!
One featured the flute player behind WWX's music playing the WangXian melody, ending with WWX's VA saying "Lan Er Gege, hurry and answer the phone!"
The other featured the guqin player behind LWJ's music playing Inquiry, while LWJ's VA asks the questions "Who is calling?" and then "For what matter?"

EDIT: Oh sweet you don't have to pay money to download them on the audio drama's official website! You do need a MissEvan account though. (If you need to make an account, you can try out the first few parts of my tutorial: )

Then just click the button that says "下载", then click OK, then click the red link that says "右击我“. It'll take you to the MP3's unique webpage, where you can just right click and "Save As."

And for those who really can't read Chinese at all or ran into some other problems... I uploaded them to Clyp and made them downloadable.

This is a bit random but that line that lan xicheng says the, 'the only mistake he make in his life was you' who is it directed to and what is the context of the scene

 

I think that line is said near the climax of the story, when WWX and LXC are both held hostage in the Guanyin Temple by JGY.

Lan XiChen was astonished and more than a little angry that Wei WuXian did not know the depth of LWJ's feelings towards him. LXC explains to WWX exactly what LWJ did for him at Buyetian. (WWX is also astonished and heartbroken that he didn't remember those actions.)

LXC says that line to WWX, basically meaning that LWJ was a perfect paragon of the Gusu Lan sect except for what his infatuation with WWX led him to do.

 

Here's the 8th audio drama episode, pretty much finishing up the Xinglu Ridge arc! Again, it's only going to be up with audio for a short period of time.

 

Same is the other way around don't you think Wei ying found lan zhan interesting enough to tease him for his attention and zangse sanren preferred Wei changze over Jiang fengmian

 

Yep that's the only reason why Wei Ying teased him, he thought his reactions were interesting lol . He wanted to see that pretty handsome poker face morft into something else instead of having a straight face 24/7. History has repeated itself lol, looks like the Jiang clan received the short end of the stick during this whole love story, poor them.

 

Yup Jiang Cheng got left behind lol
