A few sentences were almost beyond saving tho lol

And there’s the tiny correction: I’ve checked the original chinese text and the 6 god phrase is a 4-word adj referring to totally lost and don’t have a clue of what to do next. Maybe google translate is being an idiot again. I used to do my english homework with the help of google translate and it can’t even get the whole sentence straight, so a lot of hugs and thanks for being able to overcome all the problems and give us this fabulous translation!!!

If you don't mind, can I upload your MTL version to Google Docs and then modify it further?
I noticed quite a few areas that can be improved (ex: "Rivers and lakes" is referring to the Jianghu AKA world, etc.)

 

Here are some things I noticed:
- It's "Cang Qiong" Mountain, not "Chang Qiong"
- There's an extra "Jing" after "Qing", since the full name is "Qing Jing Peak"
- Hmm you put Yue Qingyuan with Qing Jing Peak, even though he's actually the Peak Lord of Qiong Ding Peak and the sect master of the entire mountain
- Zhu ZhiLang is his name, not "Zu Zhilang"
- Mu Qingfang is the Peak Lord of "Qian Cao" Peak, not "Qian Can"

Otherwise, it looks fantastic!!!

What was the rift between original shen qingqiu and liu qingge why did they hate each other? Is it mentioned in the novel

 

I think LQG smacked SQQ (SJ). Need confirmation on this though lol.

 

I know there's at least these points of contention between them:
1) They first met at the Cang Qiong Mountain Sect's ascension competition/tournament (something like that). LQG utterly thrashed SQQ in a duel, so you can imagine how pissed the latter was. Not a pleasant first meeting.

2) LQG mocks SQQ for having started to learn cultivation so late. In return, SQQ is secretly extremely envious of how LQG has had everything going for him (innate talent, early training, good background)

3) Original!SQQ is a dick in general haha. No one else wants to be friends with him except YQY.
From what we can see, he's the type of person who insults/disdains other people in public and schemes against them in private. Put that in the same room as LQG's brash temper and straightforward honesty, and you get a veritable recipe for disaster.
And even if SQQ did do a good deed, he would never admit it. (Like Miss Jiang said at the bottom of page 56: in the Airplane Extra, he saved LQG when they were fighting the monster in the well. LQG misunderstood the action as trying to hurt him, and SQQ refused to clarify he actually was doing something nice)
