In addition to those 6, I'd say a knowledge or instinct for economics is also indispensable. Pretty much rule number 1 of capitalism is knowing how to game the system

 

I'd consider it a bonus, simply because you could easily get by with just instinct. I mean, I made my dad quite a lot of money when I was in my early teens based on my instinct when it came to stocks, and I definitely did not know a lick of economics at the age of 14 XD.

 

An easier thing to do is learn programming, have a good idea and build upon it with a group of close friends.

My friend made a lot of money from what he made until he embezzled from company funds. But he's bloody rich now and friendless.

 

Not that hard if you could get a small loan of a million dollar like certain someone.

I think 6 and 5 should be placed 1 spot higher cause even if 2 people have similar ideas those last 2 will be making money if they are to be successful. I personally think good luck is the last.

How to make money:
- alchemy
- forging
- talismans, arrays, formations
- rare treasures from ancient ruins
- spiritual herb gathering
- kill everyone and rob their space rings
- become MC
- monopolize something valuable, sell it for a sky-high price and don't die before, during or after the transaction takes place
- get a job

 

Two of those are realistic...
