I think cliches are fine to have in a story as long as it's done right seeing as it's hard to write a story without some cliches.

I resort to the catch-all answer: it depends on the author

Every xuanhuan is parody of other xuanhuan, they all are shit.
Heaven defying treasure is minimum, we also have crippled trash of sect, trash young master,
killed trash, killed young master, and other cliches. CN is cliche.

I feel like cliches, especially the copy paste kinds are a crutch for uncreative authors to get his/her novel story going. Its like those training wheels in a bycicle.. you'll fall down without them if youre unskilled enough.. most people wont care about it much though, as long as you finish the course with style. Training wheels or not. Without it though, it just feels that much more beautifull and skillfull..

I hate the Cliches in RomCom the most.
    Specifically High school/academy/etc ones.

It really depends. The plot may sound cliché but the inner details could be badass you know? Now if were talking about cliché scenes then yeah I would be annoyed. How many times have we seen the bath girl scene or underwear scene? Shizz annoying these days

every novel has cliches even extremely original ones.

like I'm really a superstar is the cliche of the MC being the only one with a Game System. but to call the story anything but original would be silly.

the problem are specific cliches rather then general ones. Nothing wrong with hero summoning cliche, the problem are the specific ones like falling on boobs, or protagonist with no ability being kicked out by the king, or the protagonist being your stereotypical Japanese loser.

    Do you know...

That a beautiful music consists of changes and repetitions? There was a worst music created that doesn't have any repetitions at all... it was horrible.

Some clichés are acceptable to some degree. We don't want our MC to be a weakling that dies after 2 chapters. There's no clichés in there but I'm pretty sure I won't enjoy it.

Although it sometimes make the story predictable, it's always welcome for me. I always say "what a cliche" but I'm liking it :/

I think people don't understand the difference between tropes and Cliche's

All Cliche's are tropes, not all tropes are cliche's.

The difference is that a cliche is a trope that has lost it's value as a literary shorthand in order to enhance the story.

it is, at heart, fundamentally impossible to write without using a trope; Your skill in using said tropes determines whether or not it becomes a cliche.
