Discussion Worst Thing You've Read ?

Exactly as title said, what's the worst the thing you ever read and why? It can be any form of medium; novel, newspaper article, web-novel, blog, letter, comic... etc., You get the idea.

Hands down, the worst thing I've read has to be two novels which is ironically written by the same author. So Pure, So Flirtatious and Beauty and the Bodyguard (this one is actually a live-action in japan).
1. Both are literally the same plot with slight variations. MC get's a harem in the most bullshit of ways, the females just fall for him.
2. SLOW-PACE, the second novel has over 6000+ chapters. You realize how many words that is? Yet the story has no concrete plot to have a conclusion, it just goes on. That's unfathomable because not even legendary titles such as Lord of the Rings and so forth, has less than 10% of words, yet your awarded a beginning and end with an elaborate world and lore.
3. The MC and all characters are zero-dimensional. They don't qualify to be even one-dimensional, that's how bullshitty the plot is.

 

Reddit(might include 4chan as well). Hands down i'm not gonna say any further discussions about it.

Catcher in the Rye was probably the worst thing I ever read. Though there are some pretty booty light novels I've read too, like wdqk, chaotic sword God, and re:monster.

Beowulf. I was bored out of my mind when I was forced to read it in highschool. I can at least drop online novels before I experience their true shitty nature.

worst thing I ever read was about a guy who reincarnated as some prince who is very very good looking and then I find out that the other prince that conquered his kingdom ass rapes him and I dropped the novel cus that's a huge clue to yaoi.

 

I'm in Hollywood. The MC is a scumbag, and the author has no idea how the film industry works.

I remember one of the worst things I've ever read was Devil May Cry X RWBY fanfic that made Vergil into a power hungry slut that I could've sworn I heard a dance number going on describing how much he loves gaining more power.
