Ok, both me and Asakura-kun heve decided on how the Auction House going to operating now~
The old rule still applied but we added several new rules and edited some old rules

1. Everyone are free to join.
2. If you want to auction something, tell the organizer (me). You can PM me if you don't want people to know~
   
3. You can auction almost everything (as long those item was yours). The exception are me, Tony (and any mods), Profile page, and some other that I can't remember...
4. The value of every item that you want to be auctioned will be determined by me after reading the description of the Item (please make it as detailed as you can, so I can give a good price) and this price/value are negotiable~
5. For those who want to auction some item and the price equals or greater than 20 NUF Dollar (Nuffies) but bellow 100 NUF Dollar (Nuffies). You will have to give the auction house a commission of 5 NUF Dollar (+1 NUF Dollar for the Bank) from the successful bid.
6. For item with a price equals and greater than 100 NUF Dollar but bellow 500 NUF Dollar, the commission will be 10 (+1) NUF Dollar.
7. For item with a price equals and greater than 500 NUF Dollar but bellow 1000 NUF Dollar, the commission will be 15 (+1) NUF Dollar.
   
8. For item with a price equals and greater than 1000 NUF Dollar but bellow 2000 NUF Dollar, the commission will be 20 (+1) NUF Dollar.
   
9. For item with a price equals and greater than 2000 NUF Dollar but bellow 10000 NUF Dollar, the commission will be 2% of the successful bid.
   
10. For item with a price equals and greater than 10000 NUF Dollar, the commission will be 5% of the successful bid.
    
11. The one who win the bid can first transfer the money either to me or to the item owner/seller.
12. Your item will be auctioned after the auction house (me) auctioned their items.
13. We only take payment in the form of Nuffies or NUF Dollar here, but you can set the price for your item with other currency (remember no real money allowed, so I'm talking about virtual money) as long we have an Exchange Rate for them.
14. Please keep your behavior in this place (thread).

Bidding Rules:

1. Everyone are allowed to bid (even the auctioned item can bid (if you auctioned someone~))
2. Wait for other to bid before giving another bid
3. For an item with base value 999 Nuffies and below, you can increase the bid by minimum 1 Nuffies and maximum by 10 Nuffies
   
4. For an item with base value between 1,000 - 9,999 Nuffies, you can increase the bid by minimum 10 Nuffies and maximum by 100 Nuffies
   
5. For an item with base value below 10,000 - 99,999 Nuffies, you can increase the bid by minimum 100 Nuffies and maximum by 1,000 Nuffies
   
6. For an item with base value below 100,000 - 999,999 Nuffies, you can increase the bid by minimum 1,000 Nuffies and maximum by 10,000 Nuffies
   
7. For an item with base value below 1,000,000 - 9,999,999 Nuffies, you can increase the bid by minimum 10,000 Nuffies and maximum by 100,000 Nuffies
8. The maximum bid will be capped at 9,999,999 Nufies~
   
9. I'll declare the winning bid if no one bid in 20 minutes after the last bid
10. Everyone are free to "negotiate" with the other bidder in any ways~ But killing are not allowed~!
