Hello guys. I'm just curious with nuffians choice if something like this happen

Just assume that you're a ordinary citizen in a warring period. You have a beautiful wife and currently pregnant. Unfortunately, your enemy kingdom raided your village and made you separated with your wife and your condition is heavily wounded. Many years later after you recuperate completely, you choose to seek your wife. Only to found out that she has already become enemy king's concubine and is currently raising your child. Your enemy king cares and loved your child very deeply as his own son.

Your choice :

1. Fight back what you own right, even if it makes your wife become an ordinary citizen again

2. Let go with her new life. Disappearing from their life and choose to run your new life

I'd just kill them all.

 

3rd choice, talk to her and listen to what she want if you really love her

 

How's the wife treated by the emperor and other wives/concubines and how does my wife and child feel? How strong am I?

Most likely, to save her child she became his concubine, but they do end up falling in love or he wouldn't care for her child as if it's his own kid. You're probably strong enough to cause chaos, but not take the throne, since his wife would become a commoner.
Question comes down to, would you forgive your wife for making a hard choice and falling in love with your enemy and would you harm your child's happiness just to vent your own emotions.

Actually, becoming concubine doesn't actually mean you fall in love with the king. King can choose his concubine freely, you as a woman doesn't have any choice to refuse

 

I know, that's not what i'm saying. She could've killed herself too. She didn't, she's raising her kid and the king didn't kill the previous king's child even though it could claim the throne or whatever but raises it as its own, while keeping the woman alive. You typically wouldn't love the previous king's child unless you love the mother or brainwash it to be your own if you can't have any. (at which point you'd get rid of all evidence that it's not, including the mother)

 

Honestly, just settle down somewhere close by, and keep an eye on them from time to time.

Also, at least get the kid out if there is any political strife it gets pulled into.

the wife n kid treatment by the surrounding, how high their statuses in the palace, the king love the kid not mean that the kid accepted by the others.
contacted the wife by disguising as other to probe about her situation n feeling

if they happy in current situation, then let them be happy

 

What about another option such as judgment? We would use spies to infiltrate the royal palace and have them send letters to our concubine, and ask why? A simple question of why will do. We will ask simply make a decision after she replies to whatever reason she gives to us. If her reason is acceptable to me, then we will let her be, but if the her reason is unacceptable to me. We will kill her and our spawn. We will use assassins to kill her with dagger or poison, including our child. Since she is a concubine, we doubt her security is equivalent to the queens or other consorts. If poison does not work, then use another knives to kill her. We will then return back to the our king's service as an assassin now, and assist them in tactical attacks and information networks. We will use all our blood and malice to kill the king and his kingdom. Whatever choice she takes, we will still fight against her kingdom, but whatever her reply, if she be ours still, the spare her, and if not, we kill her.

Would you kill our former son? We shall, blood for blood; steal for steal.
