Mine is "by leaps and bounds". But that is because it is almost in every chapter of every novel involving cultivation.
When things end in "na" and "ne". It is really annoying. This isn't to the level of using onichan or what not, it is just there to annoy people.
"Although this took awhile to describe it actually happened in an instant..." or something along the lines
YOU DARE!! only when they are fighting to death but have to shout that phrase when one of them attacks. Like the first few bouts, that made them bloody, they did is only for laughs and giggles. i.e. "You dare to attack me even though I did all I could to hinder you/destroy your family/harm your friends/kill you! You actually have the gall to counterattack!"

Stuff like "You dare do..." (usually its hit or blackmail). But the person saying it is also planning to do it to them. So something like enemy goes to kill MC, MC then turns it around and the enemy is like "YOU DARE KILL ME! YOU CAN'T KILL ME." Its like... you were about to, so why not MC...
It doesn't have to be from novels, right? "It's time to, du-du-du-du-du...du-du-du-du-du duel!!" Joke or not, it was somehow annoying me
I agree, "You dare!" is without doubt my most hated phrase not only does it usually come when the person already did whatever they are supposed not to dare to do, it also mostly gets used in suc ridiculous situations as you described

I do hate it when someone says, if person x says they’re second then no one will claim to be first. Or whatever that phrase is.
yep....this sentence popped up in every fight sequence involving the 2 of them. *facepalm* the cringe was really strong with that one
"It's already 9, turn off the PC and go to bed, you have classes tomorrow" Sometimes I can still hear this at midnight even though I moved out.
