I dunno. On one hand, I want to die young after a great achievement, yet on the other hand, I want to grow old and watch the world change in its uniquely dynamic way. Well, let's just let nature takes its course.
I expect to live up to 40 years old which is around 17 years more. I also think that death is an option when I'm very bored so it may be less than that.
When I was little, all the way up until a few years ago, I kept telling everyone that I wanted to live until 120 if this topic came up. Then, I noticed that your body goes downhill pretty fast in your late twenties and early thirties when you don't get much sleep at all and drink lots of Mountain Dew/Energy Drinks to get through your workload after several years like this. Now, I'd just be happy not having health issues in a few years. Theoretically speaking, however, I'd be fine with whatever age I make it to as long as I can enjoy it in good health. Living to 120 would be neat in this quickly changing information age. We'd probably have an entirely different world by then.
I intend on being the last human alive, just so I can watch the world literally burn. my current prediction says it should take around 30-40 years, tops, so around 60?
are you assuming we want to live? well, I want to live for infinity, but I also wanna die, so it's hard to define the time I want to live I guess it depends on what happens around me
Lets just say if their is a way to download my mind onto a computer reliably then I would do it in a hard beat.
You know by the time you are old enough to get Alzheimer they will likely have developed a drug to treat it. Hell stuff exists today, a few years ago I remember hearing about a drug that was a huge success when tested on primates. So unless you're in your late fifties early sixties right now, you don't have anything to worry about.
imma going to be a 30 just in around the corner, so i'd like to life 50-60 more years.... and i hope at that time this site & forum still exist..
