We're all trying to grab our chosen cultivator husbando as fast & tightly as we can This actually makes me wonder, you know how there was a list of "Best Looking Cultivator" in the novel? What did you guys first thought about seeing the line up of the list? It went: Lan XiChen, 2. Lan Wangji, 3. Jin ZiXuan, 4. Wei WuXian, 5. Jiang Cheng When I first read it in the novel I was surprised that Wei was 4. I thought he'd be 2. But then I remembered it was based on appearance, for me personality is important, and if we add all the characters my chosen list would be: Lan XiChen, 2. Wen Ning, 3. Wei WuXian, 4. Xiao XingChen, 5. Lan Wangji Hahaha...Lol I'm starting to see my chosen type in men
IMO, appearance is paramount, true, but personality is also important. My ranking: Lan Xichen - the most handsome and nicest guy Jin ZiXuan - he's super good-looking! Wen Ning - the cute, shy type Jiang Cheng - tsundere, hahahahaha! Lan Wangji - the cold, aloof type Yeah, I didn't put WWX. He's not my type, lol! I only ranked that generation. Of the younger ones, Jin Ling is the best (my hubby!).
It's interesting to see people's own list since its like getting an insight on what they look for in a partner~ I love how XiChen is still number one though haha! Best guy both in the novel & outside novel
Xichen is so nice, I really like him. Even JGY, that scum villain, who killed his father, wife, son, brother, etc. seemed to sincerely like him a lot. I think after the time skip, Jiang Cheng is a lot hotter. Young JC was kinda immature for my taste but older JC is much more my type. In the present day timeline my ranking would be: Lan Xichen - yeah, always at the top lol! Jiang Cheng - bumped him up quite a lot Jin Ling - he's too cute and precious! ~ No one else since the ones I liked are dead. *sigh* IMO, in terms of sexual attraction, Jin Zixuan is tops for me. Lan Xichen is the best overall since his personality is better than JZX's but if, just as an example, they were selling nude pics and I could only pick one, I would pick JZX. Too bad he died. Since sexy JZX is out of the running, then I would pick LXC's naked pic!

Hmmm well, if we're not limited to husbandos here, I'd claim Wen Qing for certain. (Especially since Lan Xichen and Nie Huaisang are already taken.) I believe he's intensely jealous because he feels as if WWX ought to be with him as his right-hand man like he once promised. Their relationship ended up a mess, but it once meant a lot to him that WWX promised to be with him and support him as the clan head. WWX understood him and cared about him, and believed in him. In chapter 56/episode 10, WWX didn't let JC's issues fester: he dragged things out in the open and bolstered JC's self-confidence instead. He was JC's emotional support. To his mind, Wei Wuxian was meant to be with him, not with Lan Wangji, and definitely not with the remnants of the Wen clan. The fact that he lost WWX played right into JC's insecurities. We know that "Jiang Cheng had always hated being defeated while compared with others"...and he was left by the person who once believed in him the most. I don't personally see Jiang Cheng and Wei Wuxian's relationship as romantic (though there is plenty of shipping fodder for that) but Jiang Cheng had good reason to feel jealous. Who does he have to talk to, with his family (except for Jin Ling) and Wei Wuxian gone? There's no way he could find somebody to replace the role of longtime best friend/brother/right-hand man that Wei Wuxian occupied.
This is why I'm gonna make him my house husband cuz the world is too cruel and we don't deserve this angel so I'm gonna be keeping comfortably locked up in our family home, he'll be safe forever showered in my love ♡♡♡
Yes, I don't think it's romantic feelings at all, that is against my morals since I see them as brothers, I'm sorry if my post was misinterpreted. But, I see it as say you have a best friend, now your best friend seems to like a boy/girl and spends all their time with this person, maybe mentioning them a lot, ditching you for them. Leaving you alone in the movies to go do "things" with their new lover... and they were your ride home! That's how JC feels I think
Broo!! Good idea!! Its a husbando & waifu list!! I'm taking YanLi as my number one waifu! MianMian is second, if A'Qing was a bit older in age I'd take her too but since she's young I'm taking her in as my adopted sister, Zangse Sanren is my fourth, and Wen Qing being my fifth! I love my waifu list~
All goods my friend this list takes time and intense thinking process after all we gotta choose the right husbands & waifus
My list would only contain LWJ and LXC since I am way too much like WWX and no one else would tolerate me.
