Well honestly thats pretty much how my friends family started.

Her Great Grandpa held her Great Grandma at gunpoint and said, Marry him or he'd kill her.

And Boom...... 3 generations later. My friend has a big family.

Great Grand Parents had 7 kids.

And those 7 kids got spouses and had a collective of 24 kids in total (Average 3 per couple).

And the daughter of her Grandparents, is her mom.

So now in family reunions, her family gathering is almost 100 people.

 

I like the older female, younger male dynamic, especially in fantasy where age is really just a number. But there are better ways go about it than kidnapping. Like master-disciple relationship - it's still the forbidden fruit, but less nasty connotations than kidnapping >_>.

 

I don't want to spoil it but she technically did not kidnap him.
Oh well, she kidnapped him when he was like a 10 year old and lost him.
She met him when he was older like in his 20s and he gave her a fake name.
Although he grew from 10 to 20 in one day lol

See with female characters it is fine. With Male characters it seems to be hit or miss.

With a female, it usually develops a Yandere.

With a Male it kinda goes to one extreme to another, with very little to no balance.

 

I like this story because she decided that since he didn't return their feelings let them be friends at least.
I don't like Yandere, Kuudere or whatever dere.
It only works when it's subtle. It's usually overkill.
I hate that we don't have a Tsundere tag
