Tutorials & Resources How to filter a group that you dislike from appearing in NU main page (with images)

Since it's founding NU webpage has lot of interesting function. One of that function is release filter.

This function is created because some of paywall site release lot of novel that almost burried one or two favourite novel. That some of the reader enjoy.

I hope this guide will help lot of friend's that doesn't know this function is exist.

For Android user

Click a box that has three lines in it


Select "Release Filtering"


Scroll until you find the box that has Group(exclude)


As you can see I have exclude all of the Qi chap from appear in the NU main page. But it will still appear in novel page

Write name of group that you dislike and you wouldn't read their translation (wether because you simply dislike them, or because they steals others translation, or because they insult translator that works without minding they got money or not) like this paticular group for instance.


And then click save setting



It's easy isn't it? Now all of Asian Hobbyist Release will not appear in my Novel Updates Main Page.

That's all, this is very useful function for you. To filter group like Qi's or Qidian wannabe Asian Hobbyist.

I almost forgot this function, now i was able to block AsianHobbyist too
I thought i was the only one who hate how he does things

the 3 months pick up rule is a bs if there are translators like this

 

maybe because they use page system when its not even necessary.
used it solely for boosting their views. It fits adblocker snuggly though.

 

Ah yes my settings have been set to those settings since the systems inception, thanks for putting the word out again, more people need to add those two key players to their filters
