I heard he took like everything down, including the V3 version, Legend of the Perfect Emperor. Not looking for the v.1 N1UH by Deliciousasfuq, I've seen the thread that links to doswap for that.
It was obvious on the first draft that the author had no idea what direction to take the plot. I kind of followed the first revision as well but the fundamental problem never got fixed. Then he got greedy, joined QI, then tried to double-dip and got kicked off their platform. Last I heard the entire story is Patreon-only now. By the way, since the author was the one who pulled down the old versions of the story, asking for aggregator links is probably against the rules of NUF, as you suspected.
I try to warn anyone in qidian review don't trust this guy too much yet most people just said it like "give him a chance" "nothing wrong here" blah blah a week later shit happen lol I never trust him agains after he ditch the version 2 in royalroad
Dont waste your time, I dont get the hype behind it at all and the version I read by the baisiwa guy was boring and annoying as fk and I dropped it.
Ah well then, I enjoyed the v2 for what it was worth, a funny/silly cultivation parody. Was getting weird by the end, but it was at least enjoyable up to that point imo.
