Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai Booklets(?)

So, recently I watched the premiere of Kimi no Suizou in Japan, and I think everyone that watched it got this pretty nice booklet.

I thought it was just an art book at first, when I read it, it is actually a short novel about the future in Kimi no Suizou, but I've read the manga before and I'm sure I've never seen this part before.

But I haven't watched the LA nor have I read the novel yet, so is this included in those or is this really is exclusive for the movie watchers?

I would very much like to, but It's really risky to put it up in the web since the premier was just like 2 weeks ago, and there's some countries that haven't even started airing yet.

I'll wait 2-3 months for things to chill down, and if someone haven't posted anything at that time then I'll try to do it, no promises though
