Same here, they did add a scene regarding Wangji's reactions after hearing Lotus Pier being burned down, so maybe, let's hope together, we get extra scenes of XiChen & Meng Yao

You know what popped up in my head? I wonder where Cheng hid or maybe placed Chenqing throughout the 13 years of Wei's death? Like, did he keep it in a protected barrier spell locked up? Or maybe inside his sect office? Or maybe Cheng kept it on him always (╥_╥) He may have his mother's attitude but in a small way he resembles his father in that he can't forget or move pass someone who affected them greatly, Fengmian with Sanren / Cheng with Wei...although its just a theory

 

So sad... (T^T) JC you really can't forget him, despite you hated him... although Chenqing has been returned to the real owner, at least JC will always be accompanied by Suibian as WWX replacement..

 

So... I looked through Fioris' DirectoryThread that really helped a lot and also read hot Chapter 111. I was looking for the continuation, chapter 112 or what happened after their first time. Did they spend the night outside or went to another place / inn / Cloud recesses? What happens after that ? And does LZ ask his uncle and brother if WWX can stay and they can live their together in sin? ^^ (or ask them to accept WWX as his wife?)

Wei is pretty much Wangji's official cultivation partner, Salty uncle can't do much but let Wei & Wangji live together, Uncle be bitter for the rest of his life (pssst @salbireo its your cue lol) & XiChen has long accepted Wangji's relationship with Wei even before they got together, so of course his all cools with them living in the Jingshi together

I think Wen Ning handed Suibian to JC to prove that he can open the sword because he has WWX's golden core. This is after the JC accidentally saw WWX and LWJ hugging each other under the tree. It's not about marriage ritual and this is even before the whole confession part. I'm pretty sure Suibian is in JC possession now, it's a good sword after all.
