I think I read a novel or a manga about a guy who can transform his collection of waifus into reality to fight for him. Maybe its Korean or Chinese dont remember, but I need to reread this again for some purpose. Ty Edit Collection as in turning dolls or anime figures into humans. Also it's a modern settings and one of his enemies was a dude who uses the stats of his game characters to make himself stronger. I think the 1st figure was a bikini armor girl with sword and shield
