If her grandfather found out that her brother had a devil's seed, I wonder if he'd kill him himself, or if he'd try to control him, and likely be destroyed for his hubris.
Hajin does not care about the past of the body he took, he cares about the future hence he will kill Chae brother, devil seeds are extremely powerfull and to be defeated a lot of high ranked heroes will die and this will make the future a lot harder for everyone. Also i think he knows about how Chae grandpa is since he created him.
Its so obvious hajin will kill chae brother. Hes so cold hearted towards his own creation. Its like erasing the co-author's mistake that shouldnt be there.. He doesnt seem to care for the characters personally too.. he only have fondness to them as their creator while always keeping distance .
And if Hajin hasn't noticed by this point, that "yet" should have fuckin' clued him in. If not, the hell is actually wrong with you, Hajin?
Anybody noticed when Evandel learned to used the watch hajin gave her that she mentioned that it was hayang that thought her how to? The cat is smarter than her before but now the cat has blasted off into space.
I was honestly hoping for some sort of scene where Hajin walks up to Chae Jinyoon and is like "you know you are going to die soon right" and Chae Jinyoon is like "I know". That would make for a cool scene.
Hajin knew from the very start. But he isnt that interested in her. He also think he have to reset their relation after he kills chae brother.
Okay, so a few things about this update: - Hajin clearly thinks he's done his due diligence on whether there were any other options for dealing with the Devil's Seed - Hajin got a firsthand look at what kind of (obvious) defenses Chae Jinyoon had - Chae Jinyoon's magic core was destroyed????? So how dangerous is he really if he becomes a Devil? I guess Devils break the normal magic rules but I mean... does Hajin even know his core was destroyed? Originally I thought Hajin would attempt and fail to kill Jinyoon but now I'm starting to think he'll succeed and find out he was just being lazy about due diligence and there was another solution all along.
Probably straight up kill him to avoid an embarrassment to the family That is true but I don't think he knows the extent to which Chae Jochul is heartless, but nonetheless you are right Kim Hajin doesn't care about the past
I can only imagine the psychological torture Hajin is going through right now. Having befriended Nayun, even while trying to keep his distance, but still knowing he has to put her brother down because he's going to turn into a killing machine in matter. All the while, the guilt of knowing her brother is going to turn into monster because he wrote him that way. If I were Hajin I'd be insane from the grief and guilt. Living with the knowledge that you lived in a fucked up world where people are being killed left and right because you made it that way. Being responsible for personal tragedies and people's miseries. Shit man, this is what it means for humans to play God.
So, correct me if I'm wrong, but can't he create like a bullet or something that specifically targets the devils seed?
I think you're right. It might even count as a downside to have it only target one thing which would even reduce how much SP he would need to create it. Our MC really needs his intelligence ring back
Let's look at the difficulty, no? Seed is undetectable through normal means so a bullet will increase in SP cost. Can only be safely killed by a Master rank hero, which are the most powerful heroes around. Somehow not kill the brother. This all feels like it'd cost quite a bit, considering that the bullet will have to rival the power of one of the most powerful people in the planet. The story also needs Hajin to do this because it has been built up for too long and will serve as a nice change in the story.
that would be a "police away"...wait, that's not the right term..."copper outside"? nope, that's not it either... ah yes!
