Well, Gu Zun whatever told him where the immortal grotto was. Blacky tore apart his heavens will but went missing, so they could both be up there. This is what i like about ED Author can keep the hype even after some big resolution. And it's not some big baddies pulled out of author's ass (ie. Some young master's distant relative from another sect or same shit) because mc is already too strong. Hype for the 10th world!!
TBH I really enjoyed the anticlimax of the Immortal Demon Grotto. The revelation that Xiao Shi was a failed Li Qiye from a previous era was pretty great, imo
I hope Li Qiye uses this opportunity to smack down the 9 worlds instead of having a few underlings fight people.
