A long time ago i read a Harry Potter fanfic and the only thing i remember is at one point he went to the Gringotts Bank (i think) and he got his heritage (black,potter etc and slytherin i think also. Right of conquest and all that) and he also found out that Dumbledore put A LOT of restrictions on him. Dark Harry i think idk.

Sounds like Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality. He has a dark alter-ego and Dumbledore put a lot of restrictions on his access to his gold.
D No thats not what im talking about. Yes dumbledore DID put restrictions on his gold but he also put restrinctions on his magic

No thats all i remember but when he went to wherever it was when he found out about the restrictione it showed 1. All his heritages, Potter,Black etc. 2. It showed all Dumbledores restrictions the one on the parseltongue was partially broken and it said that. 3.The potions Dumbledore put on people (One of them was Rons parents i believe) to make them like harry(i think he did that).
Yeah, again these clues are all such common tropes that it's incredibly difficult to pinpoint one specific story.
