After watching some horror movies I'm really interested in superstition... What is the most cursed novel in NU? For me it's Konjiki no Wordmaster, it has been translated by a lot of translator and some translator even fights for the rights to translating it. So post what novel is the most cursed in your opinion? The novel gets dropped just after picked up by a tl? The tl suddenly went AWOL after picking up a certain novel? Site abandoned after hosting certain novel? The Author suddenly abandoned the novel just after it picked up for translation? Tell me your story
I find cursed novels to be ones where its dropped and the translation disappear ie Dawn Traveler as it was dropped far into the translations with no word from the TL as the site turned private(later on its found out the novel was cut short by the author)
Godly model creator seems pretty cursed. The translator says there’ll be a chapter daily for the week. We’re lucky to get maybe 4/5 chapters. The translator says ‘good news. I’ve got a break so I can release 10 chapters per week.’ The translator disappears for a while. Then it’s random releases now instead of daily releases~
To me the novels in RR is much more cursed than Nuf, i mean, the guys publish they work and when the stuff is good they mysteriously begun to have serious personal problems and disappear.
Master Hunter K The translator is translating the new version of the novel, but when it's about to be completed, the author kinda dropped it off. The author said he will update it, but instead write a new novel. The translator is in a bad position here, the original version has 183 chapters and the translator has translated 180 chapters of the new version. Of course the translator can translate the old version, but then the translator has to edit or even worse change some chapters cause of the story flow. Or maybe the translator can translate the old version novel from the beginning, but it will take time
Laid-back Life in Another World of the Ex-Hero Candidate seems to have a mild curse. It's been re-translated, dropped, and picked up a few times

I Said Make My Abilities Average! It has had 6 different groups, and several different translators in one of them. Though the last one is keeping up with it I think... Shinka no Mi is also a bit cursed it seems. I was also expecting that when I came here, especially since it's around Halloween now. xD
I have to agree with you regarding your point. It is not the only light novel I read with this curse though. In fact, quite a number of light novels I read tend to have this curse honestly speaking.
