Check it again. What is most likely happening is that they are removing the teaser tag before they upload the whole chapter and NU is just updating the recent chapter list faster than their upload speed.

that's probably caching. either on his side (if he viewed the page before during previous release), or the server/hoster side. often, the page 'served' to visitor are actually one that was in server's cache. so the effect would be when the author (of the content) updated his page, what he saw was the 'updated' one, but the visitors are still seeing the old, cached one. it took from few minutes to sometimes hours. that's why you'll often see on other translator(s) site telling people to reload, or clear their browser's cache or whatnot

 

I assumed it had to do with those damn cookies but then I noticed how the teaser title was removed and they had the link for the next chapter up. Like I said in my original comment I'm assuming that NU was just faster than their own work time. Either way its on the tl's page and not that big of an issue. Couple extra minutes isn't going to hurt anyone.
