Wait a minute they have a lot of priest in that world so with the help of healing skills and a little bit of blessings from their respective gods they already got secured plus in that place they can physical developed their own body to the extreme so I think the immune system is also included to the stats of Strength Endurance Stamina Luck.

 

It isn't that many people cannot go back to earth it is they cannot bring back earth entertainment.
