    "你虽然不‘太平’,但也没什么看头,我占不了你多少便宜"

The thing is I'm actually not sure what does ‘太平’ means in the sentence and wondering whether there is any other meaning of it.

The situation is, the FL tried on a new dress and asked the ML for his opinion. Then the ML noticed a red mark on her neck and was staring at her neck. She noticed him staring and was wondering what he was looking at, and blushed (She have not notice the red marks on her neck yet) and that line came up afterwards.

Help me please~ and thanks in advance!

XD I think the 太平 is play on words, meaning both flat and Pacific as in the Pacific Ocean, which is ‘peaceful’ (flat)

Really? I thought he was staying: although you're not "very average/mediocre", theres not much to look at and I can't account for how cheap you are."

    太very, extremely
平this can mean flat, it can also mean average or mediocre

Just assuming from the context, him seeing the red mark on her neck and probably thinking that it was a kiss mark... he said these words.

"I can't account for how cheap you are." are indeed in the sentence but actually, the kiss mark was done by him.. so i don't quite understand why he called her cheap and afterwards, the FL didn't seem to be mad at him calling her cheap

"You're may not be a 'great plains' (flat chest, use whatever analogy you like), but there's still not much to look at (to oggle). There's not much for me to take advantage of."

占不了你多少便宜, or 占便宜 means to take advantage (of someone), to gain something at their (sometimes figurative) loss. What 占不了多少便宜 means here is along the lines of "there's not much for me to gain," or "there's nothing for me to take advantage of."

便宜 by itself means "cheap". If something is 便宜, it is cheap.
Attach a verb though, 占便宜, and the phrase becomes to benefit at another's expense. Example: "I'm too nice, 所以别人老是占我便宜." >> "I'm too nice, so I'm always being taken advantage of by others."

That's why there's a running joke about princess tai ping(太平) being flat chested(the original wish for granting the name was for the princess to have a peaceful life without any hiccups)

Nice! Great wordplay that's actually funny in the original language. Sadly, it doesn't quite work in English.
