You are welcome! Let me tell you why I started trying MTL translations. Initially I was just going on at the pace of official translations. But the pain and suffering of WWX and LWJ were too much to bear and I felt so much gloom accumulating inside me...i was quite sick and had to seek some relief. So I decided to try MTL and somehow soothed my burning soul....

Then I was like man up and watch da bitch turns out it wasn’t that depressing I didn’t shed tears this time it was still sad though. My thought on it were this . For a second ••••••??? I thought they were shiping Wen Ning and Wei Wuxian then I’m like probably not??? so I gunned through and watch the rest and was like is that my ship I see and yes I’m referring to LXC x JC. But then I see the main couple hear the lyrics and I’m like Lan Zhan will love you forever and always No matter what Me internally thinking I love all the MDZS characters in that clip forever and always no matter what they look like or if their soul is acking / a little broken.

Yes, the song suits the video in a weird way. I, too, was a bit confused when I first watched it. After rewinding through it a few times i slowly came into terms with its melancholic undertone. It's kind of a soul's sorrowful plea to its loved one and oddly that reminds me of the bittersweet love story that MDZS is.... Btw has any of you bl lovers here ever been through Ai No Kusabi (the originial/classic anime)?

I agree. It's a sordid tale of power and obsession where it's very tough to appreciate the undercurrent of true love. I brought it out here only as a comparison to MDZS's treatment of love.
